1. Full-time Marketing Officer

The post involves promoting and marketing the business of CLA; it also involves some other tasks when necessary.
The post is based on renewable contract with initial 3 months probation period;
Starting salary: £16K plus the standard employment benefits plus PRP/bonus;

Suitable candidates should meet the following requirements:

1. Native speakers of English with sufficient knowledge of the Chinese language and culture;
2. Highly motivated, reliable, interested in and enthusiastic toward tasks/targets;
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Ability to work both on their own initiatives and as a competent team player;
5. Competent users of Microsoft Office applications (to help design promotion materials);
6. Good telephone manners;

      Advantage: experiences in marketing/relevant studies or training in this area, full and clean UK driving licence;

2. Part-time Chinese Mandarin teachers/tutors

The post involves teaching Mandarin Chinese to speakers of other languages in Yorkshire area on part-time basis.
The post is based on renewable contract with initial 3 months probation period;
Starting rate of payment: £12.00 per hour plus travel expenses and possible travel allowance

Suitable applicants should meet the following requirements:

1. Native speaker of Mandarin Chinese;
2. Fluent speaker of English;
3. Teaching experiences in any subject;
4. Healthy and fit, be prepared to travel to schools in different location in Yorkshire area

      Advantage: experiences in teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages

3. Part-time English teachers

The post involves teaching English to Non English speakers, mostly Chinese students;
Starting Pay rate: Negotiable (volunteers will be treated appropriately)

Suitable candidates should meet the following requirements:

1. Native speakers of English with English teaching experiences;
2. Highly motivated, reliable and enthusiastic toward teaching tasks assigned;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Patient and caring;

      

Advantage:ability to speak basic Chinese
